Cancellation Policy

The Lodge at Pleasant Point is an exclusive property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 14 (fourteen) days* prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation. However, there will be a $25 bookkeeping fee. If any cancellation is made within 14 days*, regardless of the reason, your deposit will be non-refundable.

We require a deposit to hold reservations 25% of total due for Inn rooms, 50% of total for cabins and condos. Deposits are credited to the total bill and the remaining balance is to be paid upon arrival.

In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than fourteen (14) days* notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation.

Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests. A 30 day cancellation notice is required on whole house bookings and for some holidays and special events.
